Our values reflect our core ethos to treat everyone we are engaged with as we wish to be treated ourselves – with decency, mutual respect and to the same standards we hope for ourselves. In the provision of accommodation, we hold ourselves to a high standard of cleanliness as this is what we believe to be the most important factor to us when choosing somewhere to stay.
We invest additional expense through the provision of a thorough cleaning process and additional linen costs met by our ‘triple lock’ approach to triple pillow protection (three pillowcases including a protector) and double duvet (two duvet covers) to protect the duvet itself. Duvets are laundered regularly, and the mattresses are protected and double sheeted which are laundered between stays.
